1/ Where is your company located?

We are based in Los Angeles, California,

with physical stores and

local wholesale warehouse.

 

We work with retail stores, online sellers, convention vendors, and wholesale buyers across the entire North America Region.

2/ Where do your products ship from?

Our products are shipped directly from brand partners’ headquarters and manufacturing facilities in China.

 

By working directly with official supply channels, we are able to offer

competitive wholesale pricing,

stable product sourcing,

fastest exclusive new releases

for all our wholesale customers.

3/ What is the estimated
delivery timeline?

After an order is confirmed,

the default standard delivery timeline is about 3–4 weeks by ocean freight.

 

Air fright and expedited shipping

methods are available upon request.

4/ Shipping costs included?
Any other fees?

Yes, our wholesale prices are

all included with import fees,

international shipping and other costs

to the Los Angeles pick up location.

 

For Los Angeles local pickup,

there is no additional domestic shipping fee.

For delivery outside

the Los Angeles pick up area,

a local U.S. shipping fee applies

at $50 for every $1000 in order value.

5/ How do I place a wholesale order?

Reach out to us first,

we will send you

our wholesale product catalog links.

Review the links and double click on images to view the product details.

 

Let us know the items and case quantities

you would like to order, receive and pay

the invoice. We finalize the order

and arrange the shipment to you.

6/ What payment methods
do you accept?

Wire, mobile check

or physical check, credit/debit card,

and all other approved payment methods.

 

Payment details will be

provided on the invoice.

7/ Do you have an MOQ?
Can I mix products?

We do not require a

fixed dollar amount MOQ

Wholesale units are by cartons only.

8/ What happens if goods are lost or damaged during transportation?

We will be responsible

on all the transportation risk.

 

If goods are lost, damaged, or unable to arrive due to transportation-related issues,

we will provide a replacement or full compensation credit based on the order.
